Competition Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ENTRY PERIOD

1. Win a trip to the Reef begins on 1st June, 2023 at 12:00AM AEST and ends on 31 July, 2023 at 11:59PM AEST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

ENTRY DETAILS

2. To be eligible to participate in this promotion and claim the prize, eligible individuals must, during the Promotional Period, undertake the following steps: Entry into this competition can be made one of three ways, (a) Join the Knobby undie club any time within the competition period. (b). Or spend a minimum of $100 or more in one transaction at knobby.com.au. 1. Entry to this competition is restricted to persons of or over 18 years of age. 2. Entrants are able to enter the promotion multiple times. 3. Undie Club members subscribed to the June and July designs will automatically receive one entry for each design.

PRIZE DETAILS

3. The winner is responsible for liaising with Green Island Eco Resort and Knobby to arrange redemption of the prize 2. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. 3. The prize winner does not receive any credit note or cash. 4. This competition is only available to Australian residents only.

DRAW DETAILS

4. This is a game of chance and the winner will be selected at random. 2. The total prize will be valued at a minimum of $6,000 AUD inclusive of GST and is not redeemable for cash 3. One Winner will be drawn by Knobby 2. Knobby will notify the winner via email and a follow up phone call (if provided) 3. If the winner is unreachable after 15 days, a runner- up entry will be drawn. 4. The promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s names in the media. on social media and website.

5. Valid until 31 August 2024 All other meals, beverages and island activities other than those noted in the inclusions will be at your own expense. Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred and is subject to availability. Travel cannot be taken over the Christmas and New Year period (24 December – 01 January

RESORT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Resort check-in is from 14:00 and checkout is at 10:00, early arrivals and late departures are available subject to availability at an additional cost.

ROOM TYPES, DESCRIPTIONS AND OCCUPANCY

Island Suites consist of either two double beds or one King size bed. The maximum amount of people in an Island Suite is two adults and two small children, or three adults.

Reef Suites have a King size bed. The maximum amount of people in a Reef Suite is two adults.

All rates are for one or two people in the room. Children: 3 years and under free of charge with no charge for a cot. Children 4-14 years room charge $A30 per night. If extra bedding is required, there will be a charge of $A113 AUD per night. All suites at Green Island Resort are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available, please contact our reservations team for more details.

TRANSFERS

Return fast catamaran transfers aboard Great Adventures from Cairns are included in your room rates. It is necessary for these transfers to be pre-booked to ensure seating availability and to confirm travel with you prior to arrival. You can choose from the following departure times.

08:30 or 10:30

Please proceed to Great Adventures / Green Island Resort check-in counter for your boarding passes.

From Green Island

09.15*/09:45*, 14:30 or 16:30 (*Turnaround vessel time subject to change).

LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS

Due to Queensland Government Workplace Health and Safety requirements with respect to manual luggage handling, the maximum weight of luggage is 23 kg per bag/case.

Should a single piece of luggage exceed 23kg, contents will need to be transferred to another bag which will be provided.

Knobby Prize Pack includes - 2 x Knobby Beach Towels, 3 x Items from Mango Tango Collection, 3 x Mango Tango Underwear, 3 x Frond of You Underwear, 3 x Resurfaced Underwear , 2 x Car Seat Towel , 8 x Socks, 4 x Party Shirts (all subject to size availability), minimum prize value $1,000 AUD.

GENERAL

5. All entries agree to subscribe to Knobby database and receive relevant marketing communication. Database members can choose to unsubscribe at any time. Subscriber contact details will not be provided or sold to any company not related 2. Employees and employee immediate family members of Knobby are ineligible to enter. 3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 4. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions. 5. If the prize winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions, the winner will forfeit the prize 6. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. 7. By entering, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use personal information disclosed, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 8. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) the acceptance or use of a prize; (g) any act or omission of the Promoter or its associated agencies. 9.
