We collaborated with Aussie illustrator and all-round legend Jamie Browne for our Happy Hour design.

Nobody does beach cool like Jamie, so we were stoked when he created this masterpiece for us. 

In a new series that we are calling Beers & Bad Questions, we asked Jamie the hard-hitting questions to get to know him a little better.

Where do you hail from?

Northern beaches of Sydney

What was your inspiration for the Happy Hour design?

I was inspired by delightfully shabby tiki bars, old pirate picture books, our amazing beaches and general nautical nonsense

Is a hotdog a sandwich? Why or why not?

Well it’s more sandwich than dog

If animals could talk, which would be the rudest?

Definitely the rowdy sulphur crested cockatoos. Always taunting and carrying on.

Which body part do you wish you could detach and why?

For comfort and safety, I do sometimes wish I could just pop my junk in a jar beside the bed and pick it up later when I need it. This would be handy on those sweltering summer nights or before going skateboarding.

What sport would be the funniest to add a mandatory amount of alcohol to?

Dodge ball?

If you were arrested with no explanation, what would your friends and family assume you had done?

Probably for accidentally taking a “swap & go” gas bottle without paying… “I’ve swapped, now I’m going…” definitely not based on a true story…

What is something that is really popular now, but in 5 years everyone will look back on and be embarrassed by?

Hopefully social media ha

If you were held at gunpoint and told that if you didn’t impress them with your dance moves you would be killed, what dance moves would you bust out?
