These Club Knobby Rewards Terms & Conditions apply to the loyalty and rewards program operated by Knobby Pty Ltd trading as Knobby.
By joining or participating in Club Knobby, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with Knobby’s Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific promotions, rewards, offers, vouchers or benefits.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not join or participate in Club Knobby.
Club Knobby is Knobby’s loyalty and rewards program. It allows eligible members to redeem rewards, access loyalty tiers and receive member benefits.
Club Knobby is provided as a customer benefit. Knobby Points, rewards, reward codes, tier status and member benefits do not have any cash value and do not create any property, financial or ownership rights.

New sign-ups to Club Knobby are closed. New customers cannot join Club Knobby.
Knobby Points are no longer being issued. Customers cannot earn additional points through purchases, account activity, referrals, promotions or any other activity.
Existing Knobby Points remain available for redemption until 31 December 2026, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Club Knobby is available to existing members who hold a Knobby customer account and maintain a valid email address.
Club Knobby is for personal use only. Unless Knobby agrees in writing, the program is not available for wholesale customers, resellers, business purchasing accounts, corporations, associations, groups or customers purchasing for commercial purposes.
Knobby may exclude team members, contractors, suppliers or other related parties from redeeming points where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the program.
Only one Club Knobby account is permitted per person. Knobby may merge, suspend or cancel duplicate accounts.
New sign-ups to Club Knobby are closed, so new memberships are not being accepted at this time. Creating a Knobby customer account does not enrol you in Club Knobby while sign-ups are closed.
If new sign-ups reopen, you will be able to join by creating a Knobby customer account or otherwise signing up through an approved Knobby channel.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date, including your email address and contact details.
To redeem points, you must use the same email address linked to your Club Knobby account.
If there is a dispute about ownership of a Club Knobby account, Knobby may treat the person who controls the email address linked to the account as the account holder.
Members can check their points balance and tier status by logging into their Knobby account and accessing the Rewards section.
Knobby will take reasonable steps to keep points balances accurate, but errors may occur. Knobby may correct points balances where points have been added, deducted or displayed incorrectly.
If you believe your points balance, reward, discount, tier status or account information is incorrect, you should contact Knobby as soon as possible.
You may be asked to provide your full name, account email address, order number, date of purchase, and details of the issue.
Where an error has occurred, Knobby may correct your points balance, reward, discount, tier status or account information.
Knobby is not required to reissue rewards or make account adjustments where the issue is caused by incorrect account details, use of a different email address, expired points, expired rewards, customer error, misuse, or a failure to contact Knobby within a reasonable time.
Points already recorded in your Club Knobby account may be redeemed until they expire, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Where a reward, discount code or other benefit has been created by redeeming Knobby Points, members are responsible for using that reward before it expires. Knobby may, but is not required to, reissue, replace or restore lost, expired or unused rewards, unless required by law.
Members can redeem Knobby Points once they have enough points for an available reward.
Rewards may be made available at checkout, through the Rewards section of a member account, or through another redemption method approved by Knobby.
Existing members may redeem their available Knobby Points for rewards until 11:59pm on 31 December 2026, subject to the available redemption options and these Terms & Conditions.
After 31 December 2026, Knobby Points will expire and will no longer be redeemable.

Knobby may also offer percentage-based rewards, including rewards such as a 20% discount, and may set separate points requirements, minimum spend, product exclusions, usage conditions and expiry periods for those rewards.
Reward codes, discounts or other rewards created by redeeming Knobby Points are valid for 30 days from the date they are created, unless a different expiry period is clearly stated at the time the reward is offered or created.
However, all Knobby Points must be redeemed no later than 31 December 2026.
Once points are redeemed for a reward, those points are deducted from your points balance and cannot be reversed back into your account, except where Knobby agrees or where required by law.
Points and rewards are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit notes or any other cash equivalent.
Points, rewards, reward codes, discounts, tier status and member benefits cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, inherited or combined between accounts unless Knobby agrees in writing.
Reward codes may be used on eligible one-time purchases through the Knobby online store.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless Knobby’s checkout or customer support team allows otherwise.
Reward codes cannot be used on Undie Club subscriptions or subscription renewal payments.
Reward codes may also not be available with all products, sales, bundles, gift cards, free gifts, automatic discounts, promotional offers, limited-release products or other excluded items.
Knobby may apply product, order, channel, location or promotion-specific restrictions to reward codes.
Only the Shopify customer that redeemed the discount will be eligible to use it.
Discount codes can only be used on orders valued at AUD$35 or greater.
Knobby Points, reward codes, discounts and other rewards cannot be redeemed or applied to Undie Club subscription renewal payments.
Rewards can only be redeemed on eligible one-time purchases through the Knobby online store.
Knobby’s checkout may only allow one discount code per order.
Members who have multiple unused reward codes may contact Knobby to request that codes be manually combined. Knobby may approve or decline code combinations depending on system limitations, eligibility, promotional restrictions and account history.
Combined reward codes may be subject to their own expiry date, minimum spend, product exclusions and usage conditions.
If a reward code was used on an order that is refunded or cancelled, Knobby may return points to your account, issue a replacement reward, leave the reward as used, or otherwise adjust the account depending on the circumstances and any legal requirements.
Where a partial refund is issued, Knobby may adjust rewards proportionately.
Any points returned to a customer following a refund or cancellation remain subject to the 31 December 2026 final redemption date.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
As part of the retirement of Club Knobby, all remaining Knobby Points will expire at 11:59pm on 31 December 2026.
This final closure date applies regardless of when the points were originally earned or when they would otherwise have expired under the previous points-expiry rules.
Customers are responsible for redeeming their remaining Knobby Points before the program closes.
Any Knobby Points remaining after 31 December 2026 will expire and will no longer be redeemable, except where required by law.
Reward codes expire separately from points. Existing reward codes created before the program closure remain valid until their stated expiry date, subject to any applicable terms and conditions.
Once points are redeemed for a reward code, that reward code is valid for 30 days from the date it is created, unless a different expiry period is clearly stated at the time the reward is offered or created.
Once points have been redeemed for a reward code, those points cannot be reinstated merely because the reward code subsequently expires.
Once points expire, they cannot be redeemed or reinstated unless Knobby agrees or where required by law.
Expired reward codes, discounts or rewards cannot be used, refunded, exchanged for cash or converted back into Knobby Points, unless Knobby agrees or where required by law.
Club Knobby has the following loyalty tiers:
Tier eligibility is based on eligible spend within the period determined by Knobby.
Current tier benefits may include:
Tier benefits, spend thresholds and eligibility rules may change from time to time.
No new tier-up vouchers will be issued.
No new birthday vouchers will be issued.
Existing tier vouchers and birthday vouchers that have already been issued remain valid until their existing stated expiry date, subject to any applicable terms and conditions.
The Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum loyalty program will be removed from the customer experience when Club Knobby closes on 31 December 2026.
Where a change materially disadvantages members, Knobby will take reasonable steps to provide notice, unless the change is required sooner for legal, technical, fraud prevention, security or operational reasons.
The current tier thresholds are:
Tier eligibility is assessed over a rolling 365-day period. At any time, your tier is based on your total eligible spend over the previous 365 days. Eligible spend older than 365 days no longer counts towards your tier.
Tier status may take time to update after an eligible purchase.
If an order used to qualify for a tier is cancelled, refunded or adjusted, Knobby may adjust your tier status.
To maintain your tier, your total eligible spend over the previous 365 days must continue to meet the applicable tier spend threshold. If your eligible spend over that period falls below the threshold for your tier, your tier may be adjusted accordingly.
For historical purposes, Knobby may retain records of customers’ tier status at the time of program closure.
Some Club Knobby orders may be eligible for free or discounted shipping benefits.
Free shipping applies to eligible Undie Club subscription orders, subject to Knobby’s shipping terms, delivery availability and any exclusions notified by Knobby.
For one-time Shop orders, free shipping is only available to members with Platinum status, unless Knobby states otherwise as part of a separate promotion.
Shipping benefits may be limited by country, delivery method, minimum spend, product type, order type, carrier availability, remote delivery areas or promotional period.
Free shipping benefits do not apply to one-time Shop orders for Bronze, Silver or Gold members unless Knobby states otherwise.
Existing Platinum members as at 31 December 2026 will receive an additional six months of free standard domestic shipping on orders above AUD $50 as a transition benefit following the retirement of Club Knobby.
Knobby may temporarily suspend or modify shipping benefits during peak periods, carrier delays, operational disruptions, technical issues or events outside Knobby’s reasonable control.
Knobby may use third-party technology providers, including loyalty, email, SMS, ecommerce, subscription, payment and customer support platforms, to operate Club Knobby.
These providers may help Knobby manage member accounts, points balances, reward codes, loyalty tiers, program communications, customer records and related customer service.
Members may need to be logged into their Knobby customer account to view points, redeem rewards or access some Club Knobby features.
Knobby remains responsible for Club Knobby and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Knobby may contact you about Club Knobby by email, SMS, account notification, app notification or other communication channels you have agreed to use.
These communications may include points updates, reward notifications, tier updates, member offers, program changes and account-related information.
Knobby intends to provide customers with multiple reminders between the announcement of the program retirement and 31 December 2026 to encourage customers to redeem their remaining points.
Where possible, these communications may display the customer’s actual remaining points balance and/or the corresponding redemption value.
Where communications are marketing communications, Knobby will handle them in accordance with applicable laws, including consent and unsubscribe requirements.
If you unsubscribe from marketing communications, Knobby may still send you non-marketing communications relating to your account, transactions, rewards, program changes, customer service issues or legal notices.
Unsubscribing from marketing may affect your ability to receive some Club Knobby offers, promotions or member benefits.
Knobby collects and uses personal information to operate Club Knobby, manage member accounts, track points, issue rewards, provide tier benefits, personalise offers, detect misuse and communicate with members.
This may include your name, email address, phone number, order history, rewards activity, account details, marketing preferences and interactions with Knobby.
Knobby will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Knobby may suspend, cancel, audit or adjust a member account, points balance, tier status, reward code or benefit where it reasonably suspects:
Knobby may also reverse points or rewards that were issued in error.
If Knobby suspends or cancels an account for suspected misuse, points, rewards and benefits linked to that account may be cancelled, subject to any rights you have under law.
Knobby may update, suspend or end Club Knobby, including redemption values, reward options, tier thresholds, tier benefits, expiry rules and eligibility requirements.
Where a change materially disadvantages members, Knobby will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice.
Knobby may make changes without advance notice where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, technical, system or operational reasons.
Knobby is retiring the existing Club Knobby points-based loyalty program.
Club Knobby will officially close on 31 December 2026.
From the date of closure:
Existing rewards and vouchers that were issued before the program closure will remain valid until their existing stated expiry date, subject to their applicable terms and conditions.
The Platinum transition shipping benefit will continue until 30 June 2027 for customers who were Platinum members as at 31 December 2026.
Knobby will retain a final record of relevant Club Knobby information at closure, including customer points balances, tier status and issued rewards, for historical record-keeping, customer service and the resolution of any customer disputes.
Knobby may make changes to these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to administer the retirement and transition of Club Knobby.
Where a change materially disadvantages members, Knobby will take reasonable steps to provide advance notice, unless a change is required sooner for legal, security, fraud prevention, technical, system or operational reasons.
Knobby will not use this clause to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Knobby will take reasonable steps to keep Club Knobby available, but the program may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, system issues, third-party platform issues, checkout issues, app issues or circumstances outside Knobby’s reasonable control.
Knobby is not responsible for delays, errors or unavailability caused by third-party platforms, payment providers, loyalty software, shipping providers or customer account settings, except to the extent required by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
If you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, these Terms & Conditions do not limit that remedy.

You may stop participating in Club Knobby at any time by contacting Knobby or using any account cancellation option made available by Knobby.
If your Club Knobby membership is cancelled, unused points, rewards, reward codes, tier status and member benefits may be cancelled, unless Knobby agrees otherwise or where required by law.
Cancelling your Club Knobby membership does not automatically cancel your Knobby customer account, subscription account or marketing preferences unless stated or requested separately.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
