Get in touch with our Customer Happiness Team within 30 days of receiving your Knobbys if you'd like to organise an exchange, refund, coupon or credit!

Knobby is happy to exchange, refund or provide a credit for any of the following:

• Ordered the incorrect size or style
• The design or style doesn't suit you
• Love them guarantee - Love your first pair or return them for an exchange or refund

Shipping back to Knobby is at the cost of the customer. Once we get your Knobbys back, our Returns Team can organise your exchange, refund or credit.

Get it by Christmas or it’s Free - New Zealand

Eligibility

• This guarantee applies only to orders placed before 13th December 2024.
• Delivery address must be within New Zealand.
• Guarantee is valid only for items purchased directly from Knobby.com.au.

Order Requirements

• Orders must meet the following criteria:
• Fully paid at the time of purchase.
• Placed by 11:59 PM AEST on 12th December 2024.
• Correct shipping address and contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery Guarantee

• Orders are guaranteed to arrive on or before [Christmas Eve, 24 December 2024].
• If delivery is not made by this date, the item(s) will be refunded in full.

Exclusions

• Delays caused by factors outside Knobby’s control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather events, natural disasters, or strikes.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
• Refusal to accept delivery at the provided address.

Refund Process

• Customers must contact support@knobby.com.au within 5 of the missed delivery date to claim their refund.
• Proof of late delivery (e.g., tracking information) may be required.
• Refund will cover the cost of the item(s) only, excluding shipping fees, unless free shipping was applied.

Limitations

• This guarantee applies only to orders delivered by Australia Post Express Shipping.
• Knobby reserves the right to verify delivery timelines with the carrier before issuing a refund.

Amendments and Cancellations

• Knobby reserves the right to modify or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect orders already placed under the guarantee period.
