Neptune’s Garden: Dive Into the Weird and Wonderful

Things are getting a little strange beneath the surface.

Welcome to Neptune’s Garden, an underwater wonderland where eyeballs float, jellyfish stare back, and mysterious creatures lurk among psychedelic coral. It's colourful, chaotic and just the right amount of weird.

Created by Baltimore-based illustrator Chris Gipple, aka Gipp, this design takes a deep dive into the surreal, bringing his signature mix of bold lines, vibrant colours and nostalgic cartoon weirdness to the Knobby universe.

Meet the Artist: Chris Gipple

Growing up in Annapolis, Maryland, Gipp spent his days skateboarding, playing music and drawing. What started with creating merch, album artwork and posters for local bands eventually evolved into a distinctive illustration career.

Today, Gipp is known for his psychedelic gig posters and intricate illustrations, drawing inspiration from retro cartoons, nature, skateboarding and surf culture. His work is packed with larger-than-life characters, unexpected details and enough visual chaos to keep you discovering something new every time you look.

A Different Kind of Deep Sea Adventure

Forget everything you know about life under the sea.

Neptune’s Garden is a surreal underwater playground filled with one-eyed jellyfish, curious sea turtles, floating eyeballs and mysterious pink creatures. Twisting tentacles, electric orange coral and hidden stairways create a world that feels part deep-sea discovery, part psychedelic fever dream.

It's the kind of artwork you can get lost in, with every inch revealing another strange little surprise.

Gipp's unmistakable poster-art style brings the whole underwater world to life, combining intricate linework with an unexpected colour palette of deep navy, seafoam green, hot pink and electric orange.

Dive a little deeper. Things are much more interesting down here.
