Inspiration
Milky Rave is born from that electric moment at a festival when reality softens, when bass rolls through your chest, stars feel closer than usual, and colour becomes its own language.
Think swirling skies. Cosmic eyes. Mushrooms glowing under moonlight. Florals that feel alive. It’s a kaleidoscope of movement and energy where the mystical and the surreal collide.
This design taps into the spirit of 1960s psychedelic pop art, but reframed for now. Bright, fearless, unapologetically bold. A little trippy. A lot joyful.

The Artist
Created in collaboration with Kelsie Cosmic, a Kiwi artist based in Melbourne, Australia.
Kelsie draws inspiration from the mystical and surreal worlds that sit just beyond everyday perception. Her work shines with colour and whimsy, reflecting a lifelong fascination with soul consciousness, psychedelic experiences and positive mental health.
Her signature style - reminiscent of 1960s psychedelic pop art - spans digital illustration, textile design, murals and painted works. Across every medium, she builds vibrant, multi-dimensional worlds filled with symbolism, cosmic energy and expressive form.
For Milky Rave, Kelsie channels that cosmic curiosity into a print that feels immersive and alive, like stepping into one of her dreamscapes.
Design
Milky Rave doesn’t sit still.
Skulls bloom with florals. Watchful cosmic eyes peek between petals. Neon mushrooms stretch toward crescent moons. Electric gradients flow like soundwaves across a midnight sky.
The palette is loud with saturated pinks, acid greens, vivid aqua and cosmic purples set against deep black. It’s contrast with intention. Chaos with control.
Every detail is layered to create movement, like a visual rhythm pulsing through the print.
It’s surreal. Playful. Hypnotic.
