Follow us on an adventure into the foothills of the Blackall Ranges as we take you behind the scenes of our Christmas range, Bush Bussin.
The Bush Bussin campaign is an ode to comfort in the Australian bush, of slow and mindful mornings, lazy picnics under the gum trees, and taking pleasure in the simple, everyday tasks.
Brought to life by soft and cozy silhouettes, traditional Christmas patterns, playful native illustrations, and captured through a rustic lens, Bush Bussin is a collection full of pieces made for Christmas memories.
Shot on location in Woombye, Carreg Cottage was the perfect backdrop for this campaign. The raw and natural beauty of the surroundings made it feel like there were infinite places to shoot - from the natural light streaming through the cabin window, to the unique stone exterior, and warm interior timber panelling - this bush retreat really set the mellow ambience for the shoot.
Let's not forget the cheeky livestock from the nearby hobby farm that also wandered on set.
"We expected rustic vibes at the cottage, but there was a surprise in store! The unexpected guests - sheep, goats, and free roaming horses – which turned our photoshoot into a wild animal rendezvous. Wendy the goat, with her hilarious personality, became a major star of the show. Cracking us up with her antics, picture this: smoko time, and she's sneakily munching through our apple props.
The spontaneity and unexpected guests added a priceless touch, making it a truly unforgettable adventure."
