Play It Back Program

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Play It Back Program is open to Australian community sporting clubs.
1.2 Clubs must provide accurate and up-to-date contact and bank details.
1.3 A valid ABN is required to receive payment.

2. Referral Code Use

2.1 Each participating club will receive a unique referral code.
2.2 The referral code must only be used for genuine purchases made by club members and supporters.
2.3 Referral codes may not be promoted via paid advertising, discount websites, or coupon aggregation platforms without prior written approval from Knobby.
2.4 Referral codes may be shared within closed club forums, groups, and official club communications.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Clubs will receive 25% cash back on eligible purchases.
3.2 Cash back is calculated on the final order value, excluding:
– GST
– Shipping
– Gift cards
– Refunds
– Chargebacks
– Promotional discounts
3.3 Knobby reserves the right to amend the commission structure with reasonable notice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payments are processed monthly on the 1st or 15th of each month.
4.2 Payment will be made to the nominated club bank account.
4.3 If required details, including ABN or bank information, are missing or incorrect, payment may be delayed until accurate details are provided.

5. Refunds & Adjustments

5.1 If an order is refunded, cancelled, or subject to a chargeback, the associated commission will be deducted from the club’s payout.
5.2 Fraudulent, suspicious, or non-genuine transactions may be excluded at Knobby’s discretion.

6. Program Conduct

6.1 Clubs must not:
– Misrepresent Knobby pricing or products
– Offer additional discounts beyond the issued club code
– Use misleading or exaggerated fundraising claims
– Modify or alter Knobby brand assets without prior approval

7. Term & Termination

7.1 The program operates on a seasonal basis.
7.2 Knobby may suspend or terminate a club’s participation at any time if these terms are breached.
7.3 Clubs may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice.

8. Liability

8.1 Knobby is not responsible for:
– Technical issues affecting referral code entry
– Incorrect or invalid code usage by customers
– Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment details
8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

9. Program Changes

9.1 Knobby reserves the right to update the program structure, commission rate, or these Terms and Conditions with reasonable notice.

5. Prize Details

1. Promoter

The promoter is Knobby Underwear Pty Ltd (ABN: 74 642 010 062), located at 19 Kikuyu Rd, Chevallum, Queensland, Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to all Knobby Undie Club members at the commencement of the Promotion.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and any agencies, suppliers, or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The promotion commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 1 August 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 22 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. Method of Entry

4.1 To enter, participants must share a photo of their completed “Roo-tin’ N Tootin’ Roo” 3D puzzle in a creative location (“in the wild”) on Instagram, tagging @knobby and #knobbynation during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Entries must be original and created by the entrant.
4.3 There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant.

5.1 The prize consists of ten (10) Limited Edition “Roo-tin’ N Tootin’” T-shirts, with a total estimated retail value of AUD $590 (AUD $59 each).
5.2 Winners are entitled to one shirt per winning entry and will nominate their preferred size.
5.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 The winners will be selected by the Knobby Marketing and Product team on 23 September 2025, based on creativity, effort, fun, and originality.
6.2 Winners will be notified in writing via direct message on Instagram on 23 September 2025.
6.3 The winners must respond and claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification.
6.4 If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner on 1 October 2025, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

7.1 The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address.
