Designed by the man Robert Goblin who previously brought us Feline Frisky, Plunder Down Under unleashes creatures of the deep sea into your pants!

Plunder Down Under features some creepy specimens likeĀ the Angler Fish that has developed a fishing pole-like rod that projects from their head & the Electric Eel that generates an electrical discharge up to 600 volts!
This got us thinkingā¦what other weird & wacky creatures are inhabiting the depths below? Weāve compiled a list of the weirdest ones we could find. Letās dip our toes in & brush up on our deep sea creature knowledgeā¦.
PINK SEE-THROUGH FANTASIA

This saucy sea cucumber was found about 1.5 miles deep into the Celebes Sea in the western Pacific, east of Borneo in 2007. It was named for its transparent skin. Its mouth & intestines are all visible. Itās also got some stellar nicknames - the headless chicken fish, headless chicken monster, and the Spanish dancer. Judging by how it looks - those nicknames could be worse!
RED-LIPPED BATFISH

Also known as the Galapagos batfish. Named for its red lips that makes it appear it is wearing its best shade of Chanel lipstick. They have modified pectoral and pelvic fins that resemble legs. So basically these are fish that waddle.
GOBLIN SHARK

Ok, these dudes are scary looking! They are also rare af! Fewer than 50 goblin sharks have been spotted since 1898. They have the ability to thrust their whole jaw upward to capture prey. After hearing thatā¦we are pretty glad they are scarce!
BLOBFISH

Also known as āFatheadā this creature was dubbed the āWorldās Ugliest Animalā in a poll by the Ugly Animal Preservation Society. That is a title that carries a huge honour if you ask us. It aināt easy looking queasy!
