We were lucky enough to have Caroline visit our HQ & do a hero-esque Q&A for the Knobby Nation! 

If you could assemble your very own Superhero Squad - who would you enlist?

Oooo…my best mates Jean and Kye, Elon Musk, my manager Harry, Mum, Sally Fitzgibbons, Ziggy Alberts and my partner Charlie! This would be a dream team of good times, stoke, entertainment organised chaos and world dominating saving the day! 

 What’s the most fearless stunt you’ve ever performed?

Definitely my world first ‘FRONT-FLIP’ for women on a mountain bike!

Tell us about the inspiration behind your new Hero-line collab with Knobby.

The inspiration was drawing upon athletes being the modern day superhero’s and celebrating that everyone can be inspired to live a bold, brave action life. In 2024 I was the first girl to land a Superman seat grab and Superman seat grab Indian air in competition.. which lead to it being renamed the 'Superwomen' trick.  This Hero-line collection is a comic superhero design to celebrate our own unique inner hero qualities and take on the day wearing Knobbys with confidence!

If you could have any superpower to enhance your riding skills, what would it be?  

‘Caroline’s contagious capability’ For my cycling wins and speed to double strength supercharge others days with inspiration, motivation and success!

What superhero would be the best at BMX riding? 

Spider Man would have some insane agility to sling webs around the competition and shoot a web to propel him faster to the finish line. 

You’re in a BMX competition against a villain, what strategy would you use to out-trick them and save the day?

I would wear the Hero-line undies - the fastest in the world to supercharge my confidence to be BOLD, BRAVE and take on the villain with racing POWER!

If your bike was a superhero gadget, what special abilities would it have?

Cosmetic horsepower… look good, feel good, ride good!

What's next for CB?

I am currently racing the first Crankworx competition of the year in Rotorua New Zealand in Dual slalom, pumptrack and air downhill. This year you can follow all my racing and life action @cbuchanan68
